你是時空中的一個生命

祂們是你的父母與源頭.
         
除非你全然了解
否則和平不會降臨於你

You are a being in time
You are a being of eternity
There is nothing you can do

Cease struggling against time
Quit fearing eternity
They are your very source

Until you learn this well

I say YES to life

Yes to the pitiful trying, yes to the simple joy
Yes to the time of fear, yes to the overcoming
Yes to the epic triumph, yes to the humbling fall
Yes to the incessant worry, yes to the growing faith
Yes to the brave attempts, yes to the cowardly escapes
Yes to the thunderous applause, yes to the shameful rejection
Yes to the exquisite pain, yes to the stolen moments of secret pleasure

Yes to the resisting, yes to the surrendering
Yes to the call to service, yes to the chance to Love
Yes to the sweet stillness, yes to the grand experience
Yes to the gift to choose, yes to the precious viewpoint
Yes to the sordid judgment, yes to the heroic acceptance
Yes to all unwanted changes, yes to the expanding horizon
Yes to the rising of consciousness, yes to the wondrous embrace

To merely follow your bliss is to be bound.
僅僅追求你的極樂 , 仍是不自由.
To cut your blister and run is to be bound.
切除你的膿包(煩惱)然後逃跑 , 仍是不自由.
From blister to bliss         化煩惱為菩提,
Marks  the Hero's Journey  標記了英雄之旅.
Each blister, a call to adventure    每一個膿包(煩惱) , 都是冒險的呼喚.
Each journey crosses lifetimes.              每一個旅程 , 跨越生生世世.

Refusing the lesson  拒絕課程,
And lose the chance to serve.  就失去服務的機會.
Know your blister                      了解你的膿包(煩惱),
And see it changes to bliss.             然後看著它轉變為極樂.

Enter the sacred place          進入那神聖之地,
To see where true Journey lies    看清真實旅程之所在.
Follow your inner voice            跟隨你內在的聲音,
To know aliveness and peace.  去了解活力與和平.

For lessons yet unlearned
Face them in fortitude

以毅力面對尚未學會的功課,
And follow them relentlessly
不懈的跟隨它們.
For none shall prevail thus.
因為沒有一個功課能勝過你.
For lessons already done,               對於已經面臨的功課,
Simply follow your bliss,              單純的追求你的極樂,
And share the jewels revealed to you      並且分享已揭示於你的寶物,
And serve in gratitude.                  然後 , 在感恩中服務.
